General
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on customized items, sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

1. What are your decals made of?
Our decals are made using high-quality permanent vinyl that is scratch and water-resistant. This ensures durability and longevity for both indoor and outdoor use.
2. Will the decal ruin my window tint?
No, the decal is applied on the outside of your window, while the tint is on the inside. Therefore, there is no risk of damage to your window tint.
3. How do I install the decal?
To install the decal, first ensure the surface is clean and dry. Then, peel the backing off the decal, position it as desired, and press it onto the surface. We recommend watching videos for a quick overview of the installation process.

4. How long will the decal last?
With proper care, our decals can last up to 7 years. It's important to note that these are not window clings and are designed for long-term application.
5. Can I remove the decal easily?
Yes, you can remove the decal by heating it with a hair dryer to release the adhesive. Gently scrape the edge with a credit card and peel it off slowly in a smooth motion to avoid tearing. For any leftover residue, you can use adhesive remover or glass cleaner.
6. Can I place the decal on windows that roll down?
Yes, the decal can be placed on windows that roll down without any damage. It is designed to withstand movement and maintain its integrity.
7. What is your return policy?
All sales are final as our decals are made to order and customized to your specifications. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds, especially for decals that are damaged during installation. Please ensure you order the correct size by measuring your windows and messaging us if you need assistance.
